The Oyster Bay Water District held its annual election for water commissioner on December 10, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  The candidate was incumbent Richard P. Niznik. Mr. Niznik was declared the winner with 71 votes for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027.
